Indigo Down is
a four-piece modern rock band from London, UK. They were formed by two
brothers – singer and rhythm guitarist
Jez, drummer Paul and good friend, Matt, on bass. After hours of auditions,
lead guitarist Paco joined shortly after and the band began gigging in August
2004. Indigo Down was embraced by the London music scene and 2005 has seen
them record a 13-track album entitled ‘Gin Lane’, currently available

Indigo Down has created a balance between musicianship and
the done-to-death, tongue-in-cheek rock band. At last there is something
for the brain as well
as for the eyes and ears.
Unlike most unsigned bands, in conjunction with film
production company Inspired Pictures, Indigo Down has made a much admired
music video for ‘Freedom’,
track 2 from ‘Gin Lane’. Shot over 4 days in Cornwall, the
music video demonstrates their musicianship, performance style and sense

Indigo Down realise the importance of an online presence. They have cultivated
a very strong brand image for not only the domestic, but worldwide market
as well. They have a massive web presence – the showcasing of the debut
album ‘Gin Lane’ will also coincide with the re-launch of the website – with
over 4000 visits, and 500 unique users per month logging onto www.indigodown.com
