17th Rocktober 2006

Were back....

Its been a tough year and as a result we have lost a bit of momentum, but now we are back. Paul is walking at last (its taken him 26 years!) Ant is now fully fledged member of the ID rock show while Matt and Jez have just been sat twiddling thumbs, and drinking tea!

We are due to start gigging again Monday 27th November at the horns in Watford, see the gigs page for details. Please support us by signing the mailing list at the top of this page.

Fri 14th April 2006

Audition Dates
for lead guitarists are
Sat April 22nd. 10 - 2
Sun April 23rd. 10 - 1

See the Auditions page for more information on how YOU could be the next lead guitarist for Indigo Down!

SPECIAL OFFER

For a limited time only we have 10 copies of our Exclusive promo DVD. With live material from the Marquee album Launch, including the Dr Who introduction and Band profiles, the full video for our single 'Freedom' and stacks of photos of the band, this is a one off not to be missed offer.

That's right, from May onwards, anyone that is signed up to the mailing list will be eligible to enter the competition. Sun 19th Feb..
And so the search for Paco's replacement continues. We have seen some excellent guitarists and may well be announcing a replacement soon. As a result of delays in finding the right guitarist for the job, we have decided to cancel gigs at west one four ( March 4th) and the Roxy (March 12th). As soon as we have guitarist onboard it will be full scream ahead, so keep up to date by joining the mailing list.

Rock Legend Danny Vaughn from Tyketto has given us his thoughts on the new album, these will be available on the press page of the site shortly.

8th February 2006
As annouced on Monday, our lead guitarist Paco will be leaving us to pursue solo projects. Therefore we will not be able to play ourt next scheduled gig at West One Four on Thursday 2nd March.
But we hope to return on the 12th March at The Roxy Club with our new guitarist.
If you would like to be considered for the post please email us at auditions@indigodown.com.
If you're interested, we'd ask you to learn the two tracks available by clicking here.

On a more positive note, 'Freedom' will finally get it's first National TV airing. The Musicians Channel, on Sky Channel 475, will be playing it regularly from the end of February.

The OFFICIAL INDIGO DOWN Promotional DVD will also be available at the end of February. It features 20 minutes live footage of the band, the video for 'Freedom', some exclusive sketches recorded by the band and lots of photos. You'll be able to order it from the website.
